By clicking “Create My Organization” or ” Update My Subscription” you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of your new VOMO Service subscription. You are also re-acknowledging acceptance of the same Terms of Service you accepted when you created your VOMO User Account.
We like to keep things simple, so here are a few things to know about VOMO subscriptions.
- Your subscription price is inclusive of all taxes and fees.
- All VOMO subscription payments are billed on the same date of each renewal date.
- You can cancel your VOMO prior to your renewal date, but no refunds will be given for the service you have already paid for.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- We offer a 10-day money back guarantee on all new annual accounts.
- The number of active Users in your account affects your billing.
CHARGES AND CANCELLATION. You agree that VOMO may charge to your credit card or other payment mechanism selected by you and approved by VOMO (“Your Account”) all amounts due and owing for the Services, including taxes and service fees, set up fees, subscription fees, or any other fee or charge associated with Your Account. VOMO may change prices at any time, including changing from a free service to a paid service and charging for Services that were previously offered free of charge; provided, however, that VOMO will provide you with prior notice and an opportunity to terminate Your Account if VOMO changes the price of a Service to which you are subscribed and will not charge you for a previously free Service unless you have been notified of the applicable fees and agreed to pay such fees. You agree that in the event VOMO is unable to collect the fees owed to VOMO for the Services through Your Account, VOMO may take any other steps it deems necessary to collect such fees from You and that You will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by VOMO in connection with such collection activity, including collection fees, court costs and attorneys’ fees. You further agree that VOMO may collect interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by law on any amounts not paid when due.
FEATURE AND USER PRICING. You agree that VOMO pricing is based on both Subscription Tier feature sets (Basic, Standard, Pro), as well as the number of active Users (Up to 200, Up to 500, Up to 1000, etc.) in your account.
You can upgrade your Subscription Tier at anytime from the VOMO Admin Dashboard Settings page. Any upgrades will result in VOMO prorating the Subscription term with the price to reflect a discount on the old Subscription Tier with the addition of the amount due for the upgraded Subscription within the existing billing term. Upgrading your Subscription will not change your billing intervals or your renewal date.
Your Subscription Tier automatically includes a set number of active Users in the price. You can pre-purchase additional Users for your Package when you setup your Service. If you do not pre-purchase additional Users in advance, the VOMO platform will automatically upgrade your account to the next User tier if the number of active Users in your account goes above your Packages number of allowed Users. Your bill will not reflect the additional Users until the next billing cycle renewal date (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual), when the new User tier will be realized for your account.
TERMINATION. The VOMO website contains information on how to terminate Your Account. If you have purchased a Service for a specific term, such termination will be effective on the last day of the then-current term. Your Order Form may provide that a Renewal Term will begin automatically unless either party provides notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the next Renewal Term. If You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement, VOMO may terminate this Agreement immediately and retain any fees previously paid by You. Upon any termination of this Agreement, You must cease any further use of the Services. If at any time You are not happy with the Services, Your sole remedy is to cease using the Services and follow this termination process.
