What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your VOMO subscription at any time before the next renewal date. All payments are final and non-refundable. We offer a 10-day money back guarantee on all new annual accounts.
What customer support do you provide?
There are a number of ways that VOMO provides support.
Help Center – Our most common support questions are catalogued in our Help Center with easy answers. A quick browse should help you find a solution.
Chat support – If our knowledge base doesn’t have the answer, you can initiate a chat with our support team by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right of every VOMO experience. A live person is available weekdays from 8:00am – 4:30pm CST. If someone isn’t available, most questions are answered within one business day through a support ticket.
