Dallas-Fort Worth real estate company Rogers Healy & Associates Real Estate (RHA) has a strong commitment to serving the community. RHA has been using VOMO to make an impact since 2018.
We checked in with Rogers himself to see how VOMO has helped with their program #RHAGivesBack.
In an ever-changing industry where some days you receive over 100 emails by noon, it can be difficult to make sure all our agents, as well as staff, know about private events. VOMO has allowed us to create organized opportunities for our realtors to attend different charity events and community service projects, while making the invitation and registration process a smooth one.
Now, instead of having to check emails and calendar invites for projects, they can log directly into the app and see upcoming volunteer opportunities. Also, if a team member is an advocate for a specific cause, they have the chance to take the lead on a project and engage all RHA employees by creating an event.
VOMO provides us with the ultimate platform for our team to efficiently coordinate, as well as access, all our volunteer activities so we can do what we do best, serve our communities. So far, we have seen a powerful impact.
